How were these reviews chosen?
On 6 October 2026 we went through the reviews on the Formula Swiss Trustpilot profile with the “Verified” filter, in all languages and newest first. Trustpilot labels a review as verified when it can confirm that the writer did business with the company. We included the 12 newest reviews that met every rule below, plus the only verified review written in Finnish, from 2022.

How should you read CBD oil reviews?
A customer review tells you a lot about ordering, delivery and service. It tells you little about what is in the bottle. When you read CBD oil reviews from any shop, check at least these points:
- Is the review verified? A verified review is more likely to come from a real customer.
- When was it written? Delivery times and service change over the years.
- Can you read the original text? A quote should link to the full, unshortened review.
- Are negative reviews visible? Five-star reviews alone do not give the full picture.
- Does it promise help with an illness? Be careful with such reviews, because one experience is not research evidence.

Why don't we show reviews about health effects?
Our CBD oils for people are cosmetic products, and our pet oils are for external use. They are not medicines and are not marketed to treat any illness. That is why we do not quote reviews that describe health effects, and we do not choose reviews based on them.

Why are there no reviews about health effects?
Our CBD oils for people are cosmetic products, and our pet oils are for external use. That is why we do not publish customers' health experiences or choose reviews based on them. A single experience also cannot show what caused a change.
How should I judge CBD oil reviews?
Check whether a review is verified, when it was published and whether you can read the original text. Read the negative reviews as well. Be careful with reviews that promise help with an illness. Check a product's cannabinoid content in the batch lab report, not in reviews.
Are reviews paid for or edited?
No. We do not pay for reviews, reward them or edit them. We ask customers for a review whether their experience was good or bad. Every review quoted on this page links to the original on Trustpilot.
